I AM FACING BANKRUPTCY

Everyone in serious financial difficulty has toyed with the idea of dumping their debt overboard.....

Before you do that you need to understand that bankruptcy is a serious financial decision that should be your very last resort. You might compare it to using an atomic bomb. Bankruptcy will ruin your credit and it is a complicated legal procedure made more difficult by recent national legislation. That said, technically, you can file without an attorney just like you could pull a tooth out without a dentist but would you? So count on using an attorney to get you through the procedure if you decide to do it.

In the end, whether you should file is really a personal decision only you can make because everyone handles debt differently. Some people can live with large amounts of debt on their shoulders and still see a positive light at the end of the tunnel. While others are sleepless at night and feel unbearable pressure.
