Description of Program(s)
The Pennsylvania Guaranteed Savings Plan is a state-sponsored program that allows families to save for higher education expenses - college and career schools - in a way that can accommodate nearly every family's needs and budget. The GSP guarantees that, when used for qualified higher education expenses, contributions will increase at the same rate as tuition inflation at any one of several Tuition Levels. The GSP provides Pennsylvania state income tax-deductible contributions and federal and tax-free earnings as well as other advantages.
