Program Effectiveness
The first year of the program resulted in successful home purchases on the North Side coupled with dozens of employees completing homebuyer education. Others have entered, and in some cases completed, credit counseling and repair. The second year promises exposure to a bigger number of hospital employees as well as the expansion of the program to a second North Side employer.
