Program Effectiveness
From 2000 through 2005, our Accredited Financial Counselor lent personal finance expertise to over 1200 credit union members. Since2006, the one-on-one counseling is being facilitated through the Balance Financial Fitness Program. Emphasis is now placed on educating as many consumers as possible on financial responsibility through a series of seminars and presentations in the community, as well as a suite of products and services developed specifically for the un-banked and under-banked consumer.
